Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors .... The mission of BAADS is to make all aspects of sailing sports in the San Francisco Bay Area accessible to disabled sports enthusiasts, their families, friends and interested others. This includes full participation in teaching training, day excursions, cruising, racing, regattas, and advanced sailing sports activities, as well as development of adaptive facilities sailboats wheelchair lifts and other equipment and sportss information to promote these ends.
